The Eureka Group: Player’s and Puppeteers is looking for volunteers to help fill a variety of positions to help us implement the production of The Saga of JD McArthur and the Winnipeg River Princess.

Move in Crew: We are looking for large crew to help us move all of our props and costumes to the Lac du Bonnet Community Centre. This will include: lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading trucks, helping set up stages and helping set up props.

Wednesday, August 16, 2017

Set up Crew: We are looking for a few people to help put the finishing touches on all the prop set up to make sure our theatre space is all ready for final dress rehearsals and the production weekend. 9:00 am until complete.

Friday, August 18, 2017

Table Settings and Clean up Crew: Set the tables for the dinner theatre production happening on August 18, 2017. Putting out centerpieces, table cloths, making sure everything is neat and tidy. 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Bartender: We are looking for one bartender who has their servers certificate to help us operate the bar during the show. Help clean up the bar after the show. 4:45 pm to 9:30 pm.

Ticket Takers and Liquor Ticket Sales: Work the door and sell tickets to the dinner theatre plus sell liquor tickets for the bar. 4:45 pm to 9:00 pm.

Merchandise Sales: Manage and sell production merchandise. 4:45 pm to 9:00 pm.

Clean Up/Flip Crew: Help clear tables, take down tables, clean up the floor, and set up chairs for the matinee show happening on Saturday, August 19, 2017. 9:00 to 10:00
