Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Monday, repeating until June 26, 2017
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic, full body yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath.
This class will explore the gentle side of the vinyasa practice with the intention of moving breath and energy through the body in a cleansing and restorative way. We will start the class with pranayama (breathwork) then build gentle heat in the body with modified sun salutations, build balance with standing postures, open up the legs and heart with gentle stretching and finish the class with meditation in savasana.
This class is suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience is required.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
