Mature Adult Exercise Class
January 9 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 20, 2023
The Mature Adult Exercise Class sessions are hour-long classes consisting of 25 minutes of low-impact aerobic activity to music, followed by resistance training with light weights for muscular endurance, strength, and power. Exercises for balance and stretches for flexibility round out the class for a total body focus. Modifications can be made for those with mobility issues or physical limitations. For those who haven’t exercised in a while, “low and slow” is the way to go, and this class is an excellent place to start!
