Wholehearted Sage Meditation Class

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until October 1, 2022
Join Wholehearted Sage for their Meditation Class to learn how to root a busy mind, experience moments of stillness, breathe more deeply and freely, cultivate compassion and live more fully in the present moment. These are small clinic-type classes which are great for personal exploration and discovery.
Classes are held on September 24 and October 1.
